our house is located in the center of the city of Quartu Sant'Elena, just 6 km from Cagliari and just 2 km from the famous Poetto beach. It is located in a strategic position both to reach wonderful beaches (such as Villasimius, Costa Rei, Chia, Tuarredda etc.) and to visit Cagliari. Various buses pass right under the house which allow you to easily reach both the sea and the city of Cagliari. The area is served by bars, markets, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, shops, boutiques, shopping centers and much more. At 500 meters there is the naturalistic oasis of Molentargius and the salt pans where you can admire the famous flamingos. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and has two beautiful terraces equipped to spend your days in total RELAXATION!!!
